We are looking for a Test Automation Lead who’s passionate about quality, automation, and building scalable testing solutions that make software delivery faster, smarter, and more reliable. You’ll be the driving force behind our automation strategy - leading a talented test automation team, shaping frameworks, and embedding testing deeply into our CI/CD pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Automation Framework Ownership: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and reusable test automation frameworks that support both UI and API testing.
  • Automation Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the overall automation strategy and roadmap across multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment with delivery and quality goals.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and full lifecycle quality coverage from built to deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with devops engineers, and product owners to embed quality practices into every stage of the software delivery process.
  • Test Automation Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, coach and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, test automation best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Metrics & Reporting: Establish, track, and communicate key metrics on test coverage, stability, and automation effectiveness.
  • Continuous Innovation: Research, evaluate, and implement new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and reliability.
     

Requirements

  • 4+ years in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test automation leadership role in agile environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in TypeScript-based tools, such as Playwright.
  • Experience in API testing and integrating tests into CI/CD pipeline (e.g. Azure DevOps)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub etc.).
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery models and DevOps principles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills - you know how to guide and inspire a team.

Gross salary range:
