Junior Finance Specialistto join our
Accounts Receivable Teamwithin our Atea Business Service Center (ABSC).

Here are some of the things that you would be doing and some skills that would come in handy in this position:
In this role YOU would be:
- Learning and developing knowledge about the finance area
- Performing various accounting tasks as booking invoices etc.
- Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Be responsible for a list of customers and making sure that customers are paying invoices on time (this may require calling them via phone)
- Maintaining and updating written documentation
- Processing and reconciling incoming payments
- Month-end closing activities
YOU are exactly what we seek, if you have/are:
- Good English skills both spoken and written
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Accuracy, precision and attention to details
- Professionalism and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Quick learner, interest to become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist
- Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams (considered an advantage)
As a strong advantage for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered as a high advantage due to the nature of the role (can be a last year student as well)
- Previous experience in the finance field (we’re open to candidates with 1 year of solid experience)
- Experience with accounting software (Navision ERP experience)
