We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who’s passionate about turning business needs into secure, maintainable apps and automations. You will build solutions across Microsoft Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse—working closely with stakeholders and an international delivery organization to improve the way we work and serve our customers.
This is a mid-level role with room to grow. Your primary focus will be Power Platform delivery and support, while gaining exposure to Microsoft Dynamics over time. If you are curious, structure your work well, and enjoy both building and improving, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Design and build canvas and model-driven apps, including data modeling in Dataverse.
- Develop production-grade Power Automate flows with robust error handling, monitoring, and clear ownership.
- Implement environments and solution-based ALM to move changes safely from dev/test to production.
- Configure Dataverse security roles and access patterns aligned to “least privilege” principles.
- Integrate with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, APIs), documenting decisions and dependencies.
- Support and improve existing Power Platform assets; for recurring/legacy operational tasks we provide work instructions and standard procedures—and you’ll help keep them current.
Requirements
- Relevant experience building Power Platform solutions in a professional environment.
- Strong hands-on skills in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Practical understanding of solutions, environments, and release discipline (ALM).
- Confidence troubleshooting: data, permissions, connectors, performance, and flow failures.
- Clear communication in English and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and/or extending Dataverse with JavaScript or plug-ins.
- Familiarity with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights) or DevOps practices (source control, pipelines).
