Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow profesionally? We’re looking for aĀ Junior Procurement SpecialistĀ to support our purchasing operations by creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining smooth communication with vendors and clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accurate and timely data entry by performing various procurement tasks, such as monitoring sales and purchase orders
  • Correspond with vendors and clients, respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Search delivery information from Suppliers web pages and contact Suppliers
  • Coordinate with Suppliers regarding backlog and discrepancies
  • Maintaining and updating written documentation and update ERP system accordingly
  • Expressing your opinion and sharing potential process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance to Company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • English skills at a B2 level or higher both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs and basic computer skills
  • Accuracy, precision and attention to details
  • Professionalism, responsibility and great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Quick learner, interest to become a knowledgeable and experienced specialist

As a strong advantage for this position:

  • Experience in procurement operations,Ā administrative, data, or support roles
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience with ticketing systems or task tracking tools
