Are you passionate about maintaining robust IT infrastructures and ensuring seamless operations? We’re seeking an IT Operations Expert to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our SCCM and Intune environments. Your responsibilities:
- SCCM and Intune infrastructure maintenance ensuring good environmental health and availability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM and Intune related issues and problems.
- Providing requested reports from SCCM and Intune.
- Ensuring service levels are met by reacting to issues or proactively resolving potential issues.
- Application management – application deployment, troubleshooting delivery issues.
- Patch management – ensuring devices are patched by defined procedures and reach service level agreements.
What makes you a great fit:
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Goal oriented, responsible and eager to learn.
- Being up to date with Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with how the IT infrastructures work.
- Related experience in the IT field.
Previous experience with SCCM or similar distribution system management tool will be considered an advantage.

Gross salary range:
1700 – 2100 EUR
