Giving back at Atea
At Atea, building the future with IT takes many shapes and forms, including giving back to local communities. ONE for Good is our latest step toward lasting impact.
ONE for Good
This is Atea’s first cross-country corporate social responsibility programme, launched on September 6, 2025. It builds on a simple reality: many IT products are never recycled. Instead, they sit unused, losing value while resources go to waste. With ONE for Good, we’re changing that. Together with our customers, we’re setting a new standard for circular IT and turning end-of-life devices into real social impact. This impact supports youth-focused initiatives and social organisations, with each Atea country office deciding locally how best to support its community.
As Carl-Johan Hultenheim, Chief Operating Officer at Atea ASA, puts it: “ONE for Good is a “win-win-win” model. I have added an extra ‘win’ because there are three parties who benefit – our planet, our customers, and future generations."
How does the ONE for Good fund work?

ONE for Good in Latvia
Atea Global Services in Riga provides the centralised operations that helps to keep the Atea Group functions run smoothly, from managed IT and digital services to finance, procurement, and beyond. This contribution is recognised by allocating a portion of ONE for Good funds for local use in Latvia.
We are currently engaging our local team in Riga to identify meaningful, youth-focused projects to support, ensuring a positive impact for the generation growing up today. In this way, we can contribute to building a better future with IT in more ways than one
