Atea Code of Conduct
Reporting compliance concerns
Should you encounter any challenges or uncertainties pertaining to the Code of Conduct, your initial point of contact should be your direct manager or the Human Resources manager within your respective office or region. These individuals are optimally positioned to provide swift, direct assistance and support due to their proximity to your situation.
In the event that you require further counsel or feel the need to voice a concern beyond your immediate work environment, Atea’s compliance division stands ready to listen and address any issues that may arise.
It is important to note that Atea’s Code of Conduct encompasses our information security policies. Consequently, if you have inquiries concerning IT security or data protection within Atea, we encourage you to reach out to the Atea global service desk.

Whistleblower Hotline
Atea has established a Whistleblower Hotline for employees or stakeholders who wish to report a compliance concern anonymously. Reports submitted to the Whistleblower Hotline are handled confidentially by an outside law firm engaged by Atea on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Customers, partners and other parties may report suspected violations of laws or the Code of Conduct by e-mail to the Compliance team, or anonymously through the Whistleblower Hotline.
