Laima Brauere is responsible for shaping the workplace environment, employee experience, and the organisation’s approach to sustainability at Atea Global Services. She leads the Facility Management team and drives initiatives that support a modern, engaging, and sustainable workplace. 

Laima joined Atea Global Services in 2015 and has built her career across several areas of the organisation, including finance operations, team leadership, executive support, and service delivery. This diverse background has given her a strong understanding of both operational processes and employee needs. 

In addition to her day-to-day work on workplace and employee experience initiatives, she has played a key role in major organisational developments, including leading the recent office relocation to Magdelēnas kvartāls – a LEED Platinum-certified environment designed to support contemporary ways of working. She is particularly passionate about creating meaningful workplace experiences, advancing sustainable practices, and contributing to community initiatives, including coordinating regular employee volunteering and charity efforts.
