We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Development & Engineering Studio. In this role, you will set the technical direction for your team, guide architecture, and ensure high-quality, long-term delivery. Your impact will extend across the organization as you align teams and stakeholders, promote strong engineering practices, manage technical risk, and grow developers through mentoring and leadership.
Your responsibilities:
- Set and communicate clear technical direction for the team.
- Align team priorities and collaborate with other Tech Leads.
- Guide architectural decisions and maintain system consistency.
- Promote strong engineering practices, standards, and testing strategies.
- Take accountability for technical quality, risks, and technical debt.
- Enable team members to grow, take ownership, and succeed through mentoring and ongoing development support.
- Foster a collaborative and effective team environment where individuals work well together and stay aligned.
- Lead complex technical problem-solving and prevent future risks.
- Ensure technical decisions support product and business goals.
- Develop enterprise-grade, reliable, maintainable software using .NET and Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on roadmaps, visions and direction on how the product grows

Gross salary range:
4800 – 5400 EUR
