Position Type: Full-time

Location: Antonijas iela 17

Working Model: Hybrid

Working hours: 09:00-18:00

We're looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with strong .NET and Angular experience to join the team behind our customer-facing portal. This is a live, established product — you'll be working across the full stack, from backend services and APIs to the Angular frontend, extending its capabilities, improving performance and code quality, and helping shape where the platform goes next. You'll work closely with designers, product owners, the technical lead, and other developers, and be trusted to make sound technical calls on an evolving, real-world system.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs using .NET as part of an existing production portal.
  • Build and extend responsive, production-ready user interfaces in Angular, translating UX/UI concepts and requirements into working features.
  • Contribute to key technical decisions across the stack — API design, data modeling, framework usage, state management, and component architecture.
  • Take ownership of code quality, performance, security, and long-term maintainability across both backend and frontend.
  • Identify and address technical debt, and propose pragmatic improvements to the existing architecture.
  • Collaborate with designers, product stakeholders, the technical lead, and other developers to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.
  • Help maintain and evolve engineering practices — SDLC, testing, and technical standards — for a growing codebase.
  • Identify technical risks early and reduce them through pragmatic design and incremental improvements.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Strong professional experience with C# and .NET on the backend, and TypeScript/Angular on the frontend.
  • Experience working within an existing, production codebase — able to understand and extend established architecture, not just build greenfield.
  • Good understanding of API design, data modeling, and relational databases.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals: code quality, testing, performance, and long-term maintainability across the full stack.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership, make sound technical decisions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability.
  • Ability to explain technical problems and proposed solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
  • Comfortable moving between backend and frontend work as the project needs.
  • Good understanding of how engineering work supports customer value and business goals.
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Practical experience in Azure-based environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for deploying and operating containerized services.
  • Familiarity with distributed environment monitoring, secure development, and accessibility practices.

Our technology stack:

Backend

  • C#, .NET / .NET Core

Frontend

  • Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, component-based UI development

Cloud & DevOps

  • Azure App Service, Azure Stack
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Kubernetes
  • CI/CD

Data

  • Microsoft SQL Server

Engineering Practices

  • Clean code and maintainable architecture
  • Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Secure development and performance practices
  • Continuous Delivery
  • AI-assisted development

Benefits:

  • An international, culture-driven and welcoming environment.
  • A hybrid working model — after your probation period and depending on job specifics, flexibility based on business needs.
  • Training and growth opportunities, including company-sponsored certifications and learning tailored to your career goals.
  • Company events and an active social life.
  • Covered telephone expenses (after probation).
  • A modern, cozy office in the heart of Riga at Antonijas iela 17 (Magdalena's Quarter), with free parking.
  • Gym membership with a symbolic co-payment.
  • Company-covered health insurance starting from your first day.
