Alise Šnukute brings over 15 years of leadership experience across organisations of different sizes and industries, with a strong focus on developing international teams and cross-country services.
She joined Atea Global Services in 2014, initially leading procurement teams, and soon took on the responsibility of developing a new and unique business unit from the ground up. She played a key role in setting its direction and overseeing its performance, with the Atea International Customer Center growing into an important part of the Atea Group. She continues to lead the department, ensuring its sustainable growth and long-term organisational impact.
Alise’s expertise spans service delivery excellence, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic business development. She also serves as a member of the Atea Global Services Management Team, contributing to the organisation’s growth and strategic direction.
