Dace Tavare is responsible for human resources strategy, people management, and HR operations at Atea Global Services. She joined the organisation in 2013 and has progressed from recruitment roles to HR leadership, building a strong foundation in people practices within an international business environment.
Throughout her career at Atea Global Services, she has supported the organisation through its growth and transformation, contributing to the development of employee experience, leadership practices, and organisational effectiveness, and helping to shape a sustainable and engaging work environment.
Alongside her role, Dace is actively involved in knowledge-sharing around employee well-being, organisational culture, and the future of work, including guest lectures, industry events, and collaboration initiatives. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and brings a people-centred yet practical approach to organisational development.
