Inese Erdmane has been part of Atea Global Services since 2011, progressing from Financial Controller to Director of Finance. Over the years, she has built strong expertise in financial management, reporting, and operational finance, supporting the organisation through periods of growth and transformation. 

Her expertise spans financial planning and control, process improvement, and business support. She works closely with leadership teams to ensure sound financial decision-making and alignment between financial performance and business objectives. 

Inese holds a master’s degree in Finance from BA School of Business and Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
