Kristīne Laure brings extensive experience in IT service delivery and project management. Since 2025, she serves as Vice President of IT Delivery in Atea's internal IT department and a member of the Atea Global Services Management Team, where she contributes to shaping the organisation’s strategic direction while strengthening leadership and ensuring business value in day-to-day IT delivery. 

She joined Atea Global Services more than five years ago as a Service Delivery Manager, leading software development for Atea’s customer-facing platforms. Prior to this, she gained experience in delivery roles at a Nordic consultancy company, managing complex projects and client relationships. 

Over the years, Kristīne has played a key role in fostering a high performance culture, strengthening stakeholder trust, and supporting organisational transformation. She is particularly focused on empowering leaders and aligning IT delivery with business outcomes.
