Roberts Eberliņš has been part of Atea Global Services’ operations since its early beginnings in 2006, joining as one of the company’s first employees. Over nearly two decades with the company, he has seen and actively contributed to its evolution from a team of around 20 people to more than 500. 

As a strong and people-focused leader with a deep understanding of operations and the IT field, he has progressed through several leadership roles within the company, including Manager of Application Packaging Team, Head of Service Desk and Atea Managed Services Riga Site Manager. He now serves as Director of Workplace Operations Tower across five countries within Atea Managed Services and, since 2024, also as Managing Director and Member of the Board of Atea Global Services, where he continues to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth. Roberts holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in IT, as well as an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. 

Beyond his core responsibilities, Roberts is actively involved with ABSL Latvia (Association of Business Service Leaders), including serving on its Board from 2024 to 2026. As a strong advocate for the development of the Global Business Services industry in Latvia, he is dedicated to raising the sector’s visibility and strengthening its position among the general public and key decision-makers. He is particularly passionate about education initiatives and contributes as a guest lecturer for IT and business students.
