About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our Development & Engineering Studio, where engineering quality, predictable delivery, and technical ownership are key.

This role is ideal for:

• Developers with Dynamics 365 CRM experience, or
• .NET and JavaScript developers who are eager to transition into CRM development.

You will design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using .NET technologies, Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and low-code automation tools, while integrating with external systems. You will enhance CRM functionality, build custom extensions, and improve user experience in a structured, engineeringdriven environment, with opportunities to grow toward seniority.

What you’ll work on

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules.
• Build backend logic and plugins using C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
• Enhance CRM front-end functionality with JavaScript and low-code automation flows.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, business process automations, and integrations with external systems via APIs.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data insights to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deploy, test, and document CRM solutions.
