Responsibilities
- Handle customer phone calls in line with service goals.
- Resolve incidents and requests remotely within defined service levels.
- Monitor and follow up on active cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform efficient troubleshooting and document actions taken.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers about case progress.
- Escalate cases not meeting service level expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned customer cases.
- Suggest task optimizations based on experience and initiative.
- Participate in team and departmental meetings.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Fluent in German (B2+ level).
- Fluent in English (B2+ level).
- IT education (preferable).
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferable).
