As a Security Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Security Compliance Officer in coordinating and managing information security and data privacy tasks across the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CISO and Security Compliance Officer to ensure robust information security and data protection practices.
  • Assist in privacy and data protection coordination, including maintaining records of processing and supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments.
  • Help draft and manage Data Processing Agreements and contribute to initiatives and projects that enhance data privacy.
  • Support processes and incident management for effective response to security events.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of a common Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 & 27701 and other relevant standards.
  • Assist with ISO 27001/27701 programs and help facilitate internal/external audits.
  • Promote information security by design and by default in new initiatives and projects.
  • Facilitate communication by sharing information security activities, ISMS requirements, and document updates with the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understand information security and data protection concepts, including common standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant education or experience in information security, privacy, risk, compliance, or related areas is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience supporting governance activities, policies, procedures, or structured processes.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and locations.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to follow up on actions, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Clear, structured communication skills with the capacity to explain requirements and changes in a practical manner.
  • Experience supporting audits, assessments, or compliance activities is an advantage but not required.
  • Structured and reliable working approach with attention to accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
