What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately enter and manage customer service support processes
  • Handling hardware warranty activations, master data administration, billing, quoting, and renewals
  • Managing ordering and other back-office operations to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to company goals in a cost-effective and efficient manner

  • Knowledge and proficiency of MS Office and good computer skills
  • Strong English skills both spoken and written

As this is a Junior position, we welcome to apply people without experience - we will teach all you need to know to successfully learn and grow in this role and beyond! People who do have some kind of previous experience as mentioned below, will be considered as an advantage:

  • Previous data administration experience

  • Knowledge and experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP

  • Experience in Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, or Licensing

This means working at least three days in the office, with the flexibility to choose your work environment for the rest of the week—whether it’s enhancing your productivity at home or finding your own perfect workspace in the office!😊

🕘Working hours | 9:00-18:00
