Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow professionally? We’re looking for aĀ Junior Procurement SpecialistĀ to support our purchasing operations by creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining smooth communication with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders
  • Ensure fast and precise data entry to support operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients, including handling inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain and regularly update process documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance team performance
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance in all tasks

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional, responsible, and reliable approach to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Curiosity to solve problems and understand the root causes of process issues
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a skilled procurement specialist
  • Previous experience in procurement is a plus
