We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our Development & Engineering Studio. In this role, you will design and build complex, scalable, and maintainable systems independently. Your impact will extend across the whole team as you raise technical quality, mentor others, and ensure that our technical choices support our long-term product and business goals.

Your responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Build backend, frontend, and cloud-based applications using the team's technology stack.
Ensure software quality through testing, clean code, secure development practices, and CI/CD processes.
Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions that support long-term product and business goals.
Mentor developers and help raise technical standards across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software in an Agile environment.
