Modern city-centre office

Great people make work better. Great work space makes it easier. You don’t often get to look inside someone else’s office, but here’s your chance.

Welcome to our new and cozy office

Since June 2025, Atea Global Services has been headquartered in a brand‑new office in the heart of Riga, Magdelēnas kvartāls. Of the two new Class A office buildings in the area, we occupy the brightly orange one in its entirety. The space is modern, bright, and designed with people in mind – with attention to both the big picture and the small, everyday details.

The office is set up to support our hybrid way of working, where flexibility and collaboration go hand in hand. While remote work remains part of everyday life for us, we’ve created a space that truly feels worth coming into. With around 350 workstations and a wide range of big and small collaboration areas, people can choose how and where to work on any given day.

From deep focus to full reset

The entire setup is based on activity‑based working and employee well‑being. You’ll find quiet focus rooms you can book in advance, dedicated collaboration zones on every floor, and thoughtfully designed spaces that reflect real life like a room where you can work with your kids nearby or even bring your pet along when needed.

We also believe that workdays should include space to recharge. The top floor is designed as a multifunctional hang‑out area where we host town halls, team events, and guest visits, but it’s also a place to unwind. Whether it’s a game of table tennis, Xbox, or novuss, or a short break in the massage chair, there are plenty of ways to reset during the day. A separate silent room on another floor is available for power naps or quiet moments when you need them. The office runs on a clean‑desk, desk‑booking model, giving you flexibility while keeping the space open and uncluttered.

Practical by design, sustainable by choice

Our kitchen areas have everything you need for a comfortable lunch break, whether you’re enjoying a homemade meal or grabbing something from the wide selection of nearby cafés and restaurants.

Day‑to‑day logistics have been made easy too. There’s a company‑covered parking area right next to the building, available on a first‑come basis with a reservation system. The central location also makes it easy to get around by public transport or bike, and employees can reserve company bikes for errands or leisure time.

Finally, our office reflects what we stand for. The building is LEED Platinum certified, meets near‑zero energy (nZEB) standards, and runs on 100% renewable electricity so we can feel good about where we work.

Could this be your future office?

You don’t often get to look inside someone else’s office, but we believe this is a place worth seeing. An actual The Place to Be!
